Commission based rate. 20% of the nightly rate of each booking, plus the guest paid cleaning fee. Includes: All guest bookings & communications, calendar and price management, inventory shopping & stocking, guest, repairs within means and top notch cleaning services.

20 % commission based off the nightly rate + the guest paid cleaning fee. The guest pays the cleaning fee and I add the charge to my payout, then I pay my cleaning staff. 

If I shop for approved items needed, I will attach the receipt and add it to your invoice for reimbursement.  

Invoicing is done monthly and II provide 5 day terms of payment. Payment methods vary per clients preference.

I recommend starting with a free consultation call. From there we will set up an initial consultation in person at your vacation rental where we will discuss options. I will then follow up with a break down of cost and a timeline for all the options discussed. When you're ready to commit, then I get started!

I like to work with in your budget. To get an idea, I like to suggest a min. budget $1000 a room. This will depend on what you already have for me to work with or if we are starting from scratch with an empty room. My hourly rate is $75/ for design and set up. This does not including furniture and items needed to purchase for the "place-lift". I always give a quote for three options "budget, moderate, high end". You choose what suits your budget and we go from there. 

If you're on Oahu or Maui, you're in luck. I design on both islands without charging travel time. 

If your vacation rental is off island, I'm happy to travel. An additional travel will need to be added to your budget. But, you can use it as a business expense at the end of the year 🙌🏼

Yes! We capture the entire process of each "place-lift". Once complete, your vacation rental will be featured on our show called "BnBe Unique". We will also promote it on social media and do what ever we can to share it with the world! You're worth it!
